The 2014 Rewind Tour: Rascal Flatts, Sheryl Crow & Gloriana
The Rascal Flatts are out in full force with the 2014 Rewind Tour. Featuring Sheryl Crow and Gloriana as opening acts, fans are in for a concert of a lifetime. The tour announced 36 shows with potential shows added to the tour discussed. Beginning on May 16th, the tour is scheduled to go on until September 21st with the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center show on September 4th.
Opening up the show will be two great acts: Sheryl Crow and Gloriana. Gloriana is the lesser-known of the trio and will take stage first. This Nashville group has only been around since 2008 and is best known for “Wild at Heart” and “Kissed You Good Night.” The group has also had great success in 2014 with their hit single “Best Night Ever,” which peaked at 48 on the US Country charts.
Sheryl Crow will be next on stage and is more of a main act than an opening act. Crow has had an amazing career with over 25 years in the spotlight. There will be a slew of great songs that Sheryl Sings that range from “All I Wanna Do” and “Shotgun” to “Soak up the Sun” and “Best of Times.” Just when you think her time on stage is well over, she will make an appearance on-stage with Rascal Flatts during a jaw dropping duet that will have the crowd on their feet the entire time.
Rascal Flatts will hit the stage after Crow and will include a set list of over 19 songs. The night will start off with “Payback” and delve into an a capella song halfway through the set with “Love You Out Loud,” Pharrell’s “Happy” and the main show stopper: a Sheryl Crow cover of “Picture.” The band will do an encore and will cover some very popular songs, such as “Life is a Highway” and “Kickstart My Heart.”
