The Ten Times Crazier Tour of 2014

The Ten Times Crazier tour began on June 20th and comes to an end in October, visiting Darien Lake Performing Arts Center along the way. Fans that are scratching their head reading this right now are correct, there was a 2013 tour with the same name. Due to demand and the love for touring, Blake Shelton decided to add 20 more dates to his tour this year and feature artists Neal McCoy and The Band Perry.

There is no denying that Blake Shelton is at the top of his career. When his debut album hit in 2001, no one ever thought that he would still be lighting up the stage 13 years later. This country music megastar is everywhere from television as a judge for a hit TV show, to being nominated for Grammy Awards. With Based on a True Story being Shelton’s latest album released in 2013, fans can expect a lot of new songs to be heard on tour as well as favorites from his previous 7 albums.

Neal McCoy has relished in the spotlight for several years and has released 10 albums of his own. Opening for Shelton, McCoy will be heard singing “The Snake” and “Where Forever Begins” as well as other favorites from all 10 albums.

The Band Perry became popular in 2010 with their hit “If I Die Young” and will be the other opening act to hit the stage. The band has a slew of songs they will sing including their newest hit, “Chainsaw.”

While most shows have breaks, fans will be happy to know that there are no breaks seen with Blake’s tour. Instead, Neal McCoy will play when the normal break occurs so that fans will be able to listen to music throughout the whole event. Some of the best times during the show is when Blake sits on the stool and reminisces about the past and explains his current song.
